The fastest real breakfast in this library: no cooking, one bowl, and the thick 2% yogurt carries nearly 30 g of protein on its own. The berries and honey keep it from feeling like a diet food, and the walnuts add the crunch that makes it satisfying instead of just quick.
It also lightens up easily — the honey and walnuts are the first things to trim, and swapping to 0% yogurt drops another chunk without touching the character of the bowl.
Ingredients
- 250 g Greek yogurt (2% fat)
- 80 g mixed berries
- 1 tsp honey
- 15 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Method
- Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and smooth it out.
- Top with the berries, drizzle over the honey and scatter the walnuts and chia seeds on top.
- Finish with a pinch of cinnamon and eat straight away.
